  • Microsoft Server 2003/2008 Active Directory work
  • Troubleshooting internal systems & for financial applications & software packages
  • Outstanding customer service & communication skills
  • Support & maintenance for equipment such as printers, PCs, phones, assistance with roll-outs of new technologies & training of users
  • Maintain documentation & accurately log all incidents with the main ticketing system
